The diet industry is a multi-billion dollar business designed to make us feel inadequate, so they can sell elaborate and unnecessary products which we hope will be the magical weight loss solution. The media unfortunately has its role to play in this issue,  propagating messages of negative body images and unhealthy food habits, and we are inscribed in this culture of dissatisfaction with our own image. There is no mystery as to why so many of us have battled with body image issues and guilt around food, you are not alone.

Unfortunately no amount of dieting or new nutrition information can make you love your body or enjoy food. It all comes down to your mind. The Artful Eating approach helps address the cause, by dealing with weight and body image issues from a psychological perspective. My aim is to help you overcome your weight struggle so that you never have to feel controlled around food again. You can feel freedom around food. You can eat what you want and have a body you enjoy. 

I offer a six month bespoke one to one coaching program which combines 12 therapy sessions, either in person or online, video tutorials, cognitive behavioural workbooks, cognitive hypnosis audios and continuous email access to provide support, accountability and guidance. This is a comprehensive program which gets results, but it requires a significant commitment. It is only suitable for people who are ready to create lasting change.  I work at this level with a small number of clients at a time so that I can give the attention and support needed to achieve your goal, my fee reflects this. The full investment is 4997 euros and a monthly payment plan is available. This is a serious investment by you in yourself, and it takes a significant commitment of time and mental energy. Over the course of the six months you will completely change your relationship with food and your body, weight loss will be a joyous consequence.

I am not a nutritionist, or a trained fitness expert. 

I will not be giving you a strict food plan, and telling you to eliminate whole groups of foods, you will not be asked to commit to a painful and strenuous workout regime.
